We stayed 5 days in this hotel. The hotel is situated at center location. Easy to go to main attractions like aquarium, petronas tower and right opposite to book-it bintang and pavillion.

One of the best hotel, on request they given us early check in. Hotel is centrally located. House staff are cooperative. Kids zone also on the dining floor

I recently stayed at novotel kuala lumpur and had an excellent experience. The hotel's location is convenient, offering easy access to major attractions, and the rooms are well-maintained and comfortable. What truly stood out during my stay was the friendly and attentive staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone went out of their way to ensure i had a pleasant stay. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The only suggestion i have is regarding the dining options. While the menu offers a variety of choices, i noticed that the vegetarian options were somewhat limited. Expanding the vegetarian offerings would be a great improvement and cater to a broader range of dietary preferences. Overall, novotel kl provided a memorable stay, and i highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers. With a bit more variety in the menu, particularly for vegetarians, it would be perfect.

Hotel is situated in the heart of the city. Very decent. Staffs are polite. Room is clean and tidy. Restaurant is also good. For breakfast they serve continental as well as idly, vada, roti with sambar, chutney, and gravy. You can access the pavilion mall and klcc trough the walkways near the hotel.

The staff was friendly and the stay was comfortable.
The room had low light which makes it uncomfortable to work at nights. A more brighter room would have made it perfect.

This is a business hotel. Rooms are adequately large for a couple. Staff is good and cooperative. Don't miss the breakfast . Pool is very small . But Gym is well equipped. Centre of the shopping hub . Good connectivity around . Don't forget to get to know about the Skybridge connectivity . Its in front of the hotel and connects good happening places. Will save you lots on cab fares . Do use Grab app for cheap cabs . Enjoy .

Rooms are very clean, service is superb. Located in heart of the city and near to and shopping malls. Well connected by bus train and taxis. Shopping malls/bus stop/train is 5 minutes walk only. They guide well for sight seeing and shopping

It's been my third time staying here and as usual it doesn't disappoint so first place I think of staying in is Novotel. The location is so fantastic with everything so accessible. We can walk to the Pavilion Mall, Bukit Bintang area, or even take the skywalk to Petronas. The monorail is so convenient and just a short 5 minute walk from the hotel. We can go to KL Central easily for any sightseeing or shopping. The service is good. I like the breakfast options and they even keep your baggage if you go for short trips and are returning back to Novotel.

Wonderful hotel at amazing location, very good hospitality. Location is perfect to stay... All the major attractions are at walkable location... Pavilion mall, petronas twin towers, time square, garden, etc... My daughter enjoyed a lot at pool side.. Pool is bit small but wonderful initially I booked room for 3 days but then continued for 8 days.. It was really a wonderful and memorable stay. Few cons : huge breakfast spread but similar all the days... There is not any place to sit in lobby as the lobby place small and given to bar.. So if we wants to enjoy drinks then only sit in lobby. Overall, it's a very good hotel.

This is my second visit and I loved to stay cause of location and friendly staff. I had check in late by 10:30 and most of the restaurant were closed ... So concierge helped us order pizza from pizza but. And on request they gave late check out

Except that non smoking also has this cigarette smell, there are bunch of super good things in this hotel. 1) awesome staff, very helpful, timely. 2) good pool and gym. 3) rooms are clean, bathrooms are good. 4) food is good. 5) awesome location for business.

Hotel is located in the centre of the city and easy access to kl tower and twin tower. Checking timing is 2. 00 pm, so if any one is landing in early morning hours then could have wait till 2. 00 pm for checkin in hotel. Brakefast was good and view from the too big window was very nice. Overall good experience. Thanks
