leo palace such a wonderful location for stay in malaysia. rooms are very clean and the service is excellent. the swimming pool is maintained very clean. thr gym area is also excellent 👌.

Friendly receptionists(day shift, made it special

My experience with the receptionist lady and the guy there made the stay special. They were from the day shift and very friendly and helpful. Though the hotel was just ok, with a decent swimming pool, our interaction with them made my stay worth it. The night shift person was not that helpful though. Unfortunately i just forgot to note down the names. You can try it once.

Solo traveller. Excellent hotel situated near the pwtc metro station. Check in process was smooth. Neat, clean and the rooms were made up everyday with complementary water bottle. The price is affordable considering the location. Will stay here next time for sure.

Nice stay we have and it's budget frndly hotel and low budget we will experience rooftop swimming pool it is spl attraction for this hotel. And there is an south indian restaurant in the same street of hotel. Ee had good time

Lo palace is a very good hotel to stay in kuala lumpur. All the amenities are nearby. Also it's staffs are very friendly.

Suparab. Nearest many restaurants and l rt station also good for shopping putra mall. Room clean nd bathroom is tidy. Plus swimming pool.

Plus point- swimming pool. Clean Hotel. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Negative- no towels at pool. For everything, they need extra money. No water to drink at night.

I would rate more than three stars only if they would not ask for extra for a towel change after a swim. Anything you ask them they need extra money. The rooms are excellent. Including the cleanliness tea maker etc. The swimming pool is there best part. On the flip side even for a one-hour extension of the room after one week of stay. They will ask extra money. Lobby is too small. Breakfast is useless. Water dispenser is broken. Everyone puts a finger inside the dispenser to take water so imagine how healthy it is. The staff is really good especially the receptionist MS. Micheal. Very helpful.

The place is fine although the rooms were small. The room was clean and well-maintained. Had no problem finding grab. Fine for people in group. Good hospitality.
