Hotel is right in the heart of central market. We got a city view room and the view was superb. Staff was very friendly.

Location of this hotel is excellent, almost every thing within two kms range, nearby two metro stations which are connected to every area of kl, hotel staff is very helpful & room amenities are very good. Pool & gym on top floor. Many indian restaurants are near by just 2 min walk. Very good hotel to stay. I highly recommend this hotel for good stay.

It was wonderful stay at pacific express hotel. Hotel staff are very kind and supportive. Room is also clean and with all facilities. Hotel is very close to central market and independence square. Overall stay is very good.

Hotel is located at a prime part of the city which makes the transportation and sightseeings easier. Also this hotel is safe and clean. Have good indian and malaysian restaurants near by, highly recommended for tourists.

My wife forgot her jewellery in the hotel after checkout. But we were lucky to get it back safely. The hotel staff called me in my whatsapp and informed about it to me.

Great and helpful stuff. Support and help in every way. Reception staff was great and very helpful. Room was good, clean and everything listed in makemytrip was provided. Location was perfect. Breakfast was okay, but very limited options.
