Overall, stay was good
the location of the hotel is good great swimming pool
nice staff
our lock of room got stuck one day, but the staff was very quick in response there were very few vegetarian options in breakfast. The tase of those vegetarian options was also not so good.

Excellent location. Just 5 minutes away from twin tower and couple of minutes away from kl tower. Breakfast was ok.

Great location. Nice rooms with carpet and airconditioning. 7/11 store in the ground floor. Travel desk. Walkable distance to petronas towers. Over all great value for money.

Awesome room, good location, 7/11 store at basement was the biggest plus. Child play area and swimming pool was also good. Food needs improvement with addition of indian delicacies for breakfast. Staff needs to be more polite.

One of the best location to stay in kuala lumpur, kl tower twin tower is just near to hotel and easy to reach in market. Good rooms and comfortable stay, staff is cooperative and gentle with guest. Thank you

Nice hotel with a fantastic location. Just opp the kl menara tower. Rooms were spacious and clean. I read some reviews regarding lack of service timelines but i found them to be quick and helpful. Breakfast was good with multiple options. Overall a memorable 4 night stay

Hotel is located in the middle of the city in a walking distance to both kl & twin towers. Nice sophisticated rooms with great services. Cleanliness was 5/5. All amenities were great, except room service. Breakfast options were less with the same menu everyday. Overall it's a great hotel at a great place to stay in.

We loved the pacific regency hotel suites. It was right in front of the menara kuala lumpur and just 10 min walk to petronas twin towers and surya mall. Couple of monorail stations and rapid kl stations, eateries and malls are in close proximity. Room & bathroom was pretty large, housekeeping done well. The staff were helpful and in-house restaurant staff went out of their way to help us when we needed additional help.
