I enjoyed my one night stay, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very handy for metro,bus and train to the airport and all city. The staff were friendly, I would book this hotel again without hesitation.

Hotel is v good. Staff is v good. Breakfast is excellent. Everything 4 star. Location isv central. Monorail station also nearby.

This is very close to Maharajalela monorail station which is the third from KL sentral and can reach within 5 minutes from there. Close to Chinese cultural center and if you cross over the road by foot overbridge you can reach Chinatown. You can start fresh and energetic with their buffet breakfast which is really good.

I was happy with the overall service rendered during my stay. Courteous staffs and a very helpful, friendly and welcoming front office. I feel the food is the only scope of improvement needed.

It's place in a silent place with good interiors, friendly staffs, with a 7/11 near by. Easy to take highway with a mini Railway Station near by.

The hotel room was airy and bed were comfortable. Bathroom was neat and clean, view was amazing. Breakfast had so many options. Had a very nice stay.

The hotel is located in the middle of the city and the amenities provided are adequate. Wifi didn't work properly for one day and apart from that everything else is good.

Best stay for south indian people because we have the tamil people in reception and the hotel stay is 1st class neat and clean. No extra charges and all. And one more we get the south indian foods near to it.

First of all the toilet is ugly. No extra drinking water. Given two small bottles first. At night around 9 pm requested some more water. They didn't. Bad hospitality.

Superb hotel, very close to Maharajalela metro station. Have to mention the warmth and friendliness of the front office staff, who were very approachable. They were kind enough to give me a room with a bathtub, which was greatly useful for me. They even helped me in booking a cab on my first day there. Hotel is in close proximity to China Town, KLCC, Bukit Bintang & Petronas. Breakfast could've been better, with very few options for veg. Overall, very satisfied with my stay!

My recent stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the hotel itself was fine, there were a few areas that could be improved. There was a delay during both check-in and check-out, and the staff wasn’t as proactive in assisting with luggage as i had hoped. That said, the overall experience was still pleasant, and i believe with a little more attention to guest services, the hotel could offer a much smoother experience.

The location of the hotel is great, especially because it is close to the monorail stop. And, the breakfast spread is decent. However, the rooms are not maintained properly. Several plug points don't work. Some rooms are missing hair dryers and functioning tea kettles. Some rooms have doors that don't lock properly from inside (manually). The WiFi is extremely choppy. If you are on a budget trip, then this hotel might be your best bet. But, if you're comfortable shelling out more money (and if you require proper WiFi in place for work), then you might want to search for another hotel.

I stayed there for 1 week power not working and entry card is also not working. The hotel management should look into that seriously. But I would regret you guy if you are looking for budget hotel. Overall the stay is good with some points which I mentioned.
