WiFi not working for 48 hours until I check-out. I stay 2 days. WiFi system in the whole building not working, they not fix the problem.

It was good & comfortable stay. Besides that location was within the vicinity of Personas which made it more comfortable to explore city in KL. Even transport was good along with good spread of breakfast.

The hotel is very good. Nice rooms. View is nice. Centrally located. Easily access to everything from the hotel. Food is nice. Room is spacious. We stayed for seven days. So it was home away home for us.

Breakfast is the best part of the stay. Location definitely contributes to its value. Generally happy with services. A little more emphasis on room cleanliness and hygiene will create better experience.

Budget Hotel at a good location

The hotel is good value for money. Petronas towers is just 20 mins away by Uber.
The staff was good and the service is great. The Indian restaurant, **** located at the ground floor offers good reasonably priced Indian food. The only challenge is the breakfast. Though breakfast is free, there are limited vegetarian items.

Hotel is in renovation and so noise all times. More noise while they renovating.
