It was a great experience, staff was really helpful and skilled ! i was gifted with a complimentary cheese cake because of my birthday! it was a memorable experience ! they are doing great job ! much recommended!

Hotel is very big and good but the food is very limited. They can improve a lot in lunch and dinner food items. No bar facilities in such a good hotel. That’s very disappointing. Overall experience is good.
Nice and pleasant infrastructure andnthe view from the view is awesome. It was bit leggy on the reception board(felt it needs to be handled care properly. We enjoyed our stay completely at royal e chulan

Huge hotel, nice breakfast, big rooms, goodlocation
I had an amazing stay at the royal chulan hotel. Location is very good with just 5 mins walk to the pavilion mall. The breakfast spread is very good with a lot of options. Rooms are very large.

Food and location amazing, staff was so helpful. Lobby area simply superb. But carpet in rooms, towels and bedsheets very older and need to clean the carpet in the rooms.

The stay was pleasant, happy with the limited options for indian vegetarians. The hotel was also nearby to many hotspot locations for tourists. Excellent stay !

My stay at the royal chulan hotel was very pleasant and memorable. Extraordinary reception, hospitality and prompt service. House keeping and quality of service is very exceptional. Breakfast was very good too. The interiors were amazing. I loved my stay at the royal chulan hotel.

A really comfortable stay! it is one of the five stars in the city and it shows - from the ambiance to the service they provide; and all at an affordable cost as compared to other popular names in the industry. Very close to a lot of tourist attractions too that makes it best to be at if you like to walk and explore. Highly recommend booking a stay here!
