Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Need a place to crash for a night with a friend. Check in late at almost 12 midnight. Check in was not as smooth as only 1 counter was open and taking longer than usual as I was behind a chinese group who doesn’t speak English well and make it difficult for the front desk staff to check them in. But it was a good gesture from the Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur staff as I was upgraded to a club room from the superior room. Room was larger than expected with separate shower area from the toilet. The bed was a bit hard but the pillow was comfortably soft. Room design is not that impressive but clean. Parking is available for Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur guess free of charge. If you don’t have your own transport, the train station is just in-front of the Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur. There is shopping mall too right a cross the street. Overall, I don't feel like a five star Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur but more like upper 3 star or 4 star Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Then again price is very reasonable.

Iam staying 3rd time in Hotel seri pacific. In room I had 2 bathrooms one is with bathtub and another one is with rain shower which i like the most. Having a separate table and chair for our work and also had a sofa. Rooms are big and I think this Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur had 6 lifts . I love the breakfast. Just opposite of the Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur is mono rail and a few meters away commuter train which is easy for me to go klang, shah Alam , batu caves and to central. WiFi good, my friend parked his car free. Also just opposite a shopping mall located where I spend one evening Overall very nice location, service which I recommend to my friends and family. what happened 👆?. today times of india news paper . never thought of make my trip like this 🤔

The staff at this Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. N the location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions. The Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur had great facilities and was very convenient the monst important the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive and Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in Seri Pacific Hotel for 6 nights. It was too good for my expectation. We were welcomed with early check in. My room was clean and well arranged. I specially enjoyed breakfast which adds 5 stars to the Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur. But Indian menu was quite limited. They could add more of South Indian breakfast. Outside the Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur Sunway Putra Mall adds to its value. We walked in the mall almost every day. Swimming pool was also beautiful. Ultimately we enjoyed a lot. Thanks to the Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur and makemytrip.

The stay was quite comfortable, but the food needs a major change. Breakfast was good but the lunch had so minimal choices. Even the breakfast was almost the same every day. Also, they left it cold and did not reheat or replace even if there was time some time left. Room service is extremely slow. They don't even check upon their guests once. The Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur is good, at a nice location. The mall next to the Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur closes so soon at 10 pm which is beyond understanding. Overall okay!

Location: Major touring places are within 5 kms. Distant from airport. Food: For vegetarians not enough collection. Could have kept at least Poori Bhaji, common for all only bread items are alternatives. Taste is also not as per expectation. Service: Wi-Fi was very poor. Hotel staff refused to serve water bottles also on the day of checkout in the morning 7 am while they are supposed to provide required room services before check out time 12 noon.

Location was excellent, convenient to go to the mall as well as the tram. Hotel staff was very cooperative. Recommend a stay here for everyone.

It was good and worth for the money.

Deluxe rooms are very nice and good value for money. Breakfast for vegetarians is ok.

Food ordered was great but it would be better if the price is lower.

Hotel is well located and rooms are spacious but bathroom showers need to be repaired and water should be hot. Overall bathrooms need some refurbishing.

Very convenient location. Near to metro Station. Good and polite staff. Very good amenities.

The stay is very good, location is excellent. Attached to Mrt station, big bus, Sunway Putra Mall and many of Indian restaurants. Food is also good, no problem in service.

My Hotel stay was perfect and rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The only problem which I felt was smell and that too of beef, while passing through my room.

They made us wait for 1 hour to give a room but upgraded us to compensate for the delay. However when we requested for a late check out the request was declined.

Nice Hotel with good restaurant, reasonably priced, good location with MTR Station on walking distance

I stay in this Hotel for 4 days with family and I felt like a home and staff was so caring. Amazing facilities feel like we are staying in 7 star Hotel. Very well connected to all major places like mall, rapid kl, other mode of transportation. I would also like to thanks make my trip for wonderful service and competitive rates.
