this is worse experience booking Sunway Hotel Putra Kuala Lumpur through makemytrip..we had booked our Sunway Hotel Putra Kuala Lumpur at malaysia airport at Sunway Hotel Putra Kuala Lumpur sama sama express…. when we reached there we asked the location..people were not at all cooperated, for 3 hrs we were struggling here and there.. finally we reached to sama sama express kli2 they did not allowed to go in… after that we were sent back to kli1 when we reached to sama sama express kli1 they clearly said they are 100% booked and no room available. for this harassment we want our money back with same amount patently. kindly revert asap ashu chauhan 9910992425

The location of Sunway Hotel Putra Kuala Lumpur was good and the shopping mall next to it makes it really good for the people who also want to do shopping as well. The breakfast was OK for vegetarians as very less varieties for veg people and the taste was just average. You will get cornflakes, milk, bread items, a couple of cut fruits etc. Dosa, idly was just average, poha was not cooked much so was not able to eat. Hotel room was good, specious, neat and clean. Sofas in the rooms were not in average shape. Mall has many food and shopping options but no Indian food option. Services were fine. In the price i think overall it was good deal.

The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent and caters for many types of travellers - Japanese, Middle Eastern, Chinese etc. We forgot our plug converter and the housekeeping department went above and beyond to provide a converter that worked for my computer plug. The staff overall is very customer friendly and service oriented. The concierge not only arrange for taxi pick ups but actually walks out with you to the taxi to ensure you are satisfied. This Sunway Hotel Putra Kuala Lumpur is a must stay fro the business traveller.

Receptionist are very good they are welcoming very superb My room is very big and very comfortable toilet is very clean and shower is very good. Any type of help asked to front desk they will service immediately I have enjoyed very much I will come again and again because in Sunway Hotel Putra Kuala Lumpur complex itself big shopping mall in that many more Sunway Hotel Putra Kuala Lumpur and cake juice shops are there different of varieties

It was a great Sunway Hotel Putra Kuala Lumpur. I would say the best Sunway Hotel Putra Kuala Lumpur I have ever stayed in. specially the room size was too big, never imagined this much of size. Ambiance was great, staff was very polite and courteous plethora of options in the breakfast. overall I would say it was a superb experience. More over, this Sunway Hotel Putra Kuala Lumpur in part of a mega mall with lot of food and shopping options. Wherever I'll visit KL again, I will always opt for Sunway Putra without any second thought.

A very wonderful experience at Sunway Putra. The Sunway Hotel Putra Kuala Lumpur is easily accessible from KL Central and KUL attractions to visit. A very beautiful Sunway Hotel Putra Kuala Lumpur with all international standards. The staff members are very good and polite to serve the guests in all the way. Very excellent restaurant with multi tastes. Very helpful for tourists. Spacious rooms with all facilities. I thank very much to the Sunway Hotel Putra Kuala Lumpur staff for their help towards us.

Satisfied with the stay. Above average room, very good breakfast with a lot of items, Sunway Hotel Putra Kuala Lumpur is adjacent to a mall. Check-in time is 4:00 pm which is very inconvenient, and not seen anywhere globally. If you want to do check-in in the morning hours, the Sunway Hotel Putra Kuala Lumpur charges for half-a day.
Poor quality kettle wire got fire, when water started boiling. Immediately informed the house keeping, and the person came with another kettle.

I was in this Hotel for one day, staff is good. Hotel interiors and feel is good. In breakfast they have good spread but for pure vegetarian food was not as per indian taste and many options of vegetarian and non vegetarian are at same desk. I was about to eat a sandwich which was mentioned as veg sandwich but when I asked the staff they informed me that it's chicken sandwich when I shown them the name plate they said they forget to change the name and will change now

Hotel staffs are good. Very helpful. Location is inside a Sunway Putra mall so you will get all necessary things in your doorstep. Got all necessary amenities. Breakfast is ok. Rooms are big. At the end value for money. Go for it.

Rooms were big. They allowed early entry at 12 in stead of 4 pm and late exit after 4 pm instead of 11 am and luggage storage beyond 4 pm. That was great gesture. They even allowed beyond 4 pm stay with additional charges. Free shuttle till was timely and useful. Swimming pool was not operational only issue.

Nice Sunway Hotel Putra Kuala Lumpur. Large room with nice staff. I had a wonderful time here. I enjoyed it every much. Good options in breakfast specially for vegetarians worth to take breakfast option with room booking. Nice view from the swimming pool. Recommended to stay in deluxe rooms.

Room is good. It has all the basic facilities such as electric kettle, mini fridge, TV, locker, clean washroom without Bath tub, City view etc.

Located in the city and a can ride away from all major tourist destinations, malls and eateries.

Very near most hot spots. Clean, spacious and luxurious. The desserts in the dinner buffet are to die for. Good variety of vegetarian stuff in the included breakfast. Friendly staff is very helpful and courteous. We got a room on the 32nd floor with an amazing view of the city.

One of the best place to stay in a Sunway Hotel Putra Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia . . The only drawback is far from the airport and the city. So wasted time in travelling overall good experience over there. The staff is cooperative but had to make payment of 30 ringis over there could not understand the reason
