Malibest Resort

We booked as the pictures showed it's proximity to the beach. The stayed room is across the road but it's an independent room, a big one, with basic facilities of a TV, an AC, a mini-fridge and toiletries. Though there is no extension phone in the room. We rented a car and had enough space to park in front of the room itself. It's sandy just outside and my kid enjoyed playing there as well. It was a twin bedroom with two Queen-sized beds. All in all an awesome trip. The staff was super helpful and courteous.

The location of the Malibest Resort is right on the most happening place in Langkawi. Walk out of the hostel, you step directly on the Cenang Beach! What else you could expect! Staffs were friendly and provided luggage room as we reached very early then check-in time and also arranged early check-in, as much as they could. They clean and replace the stuffs everyday morning. Unfortunately the time we visited the renovation of pool was going on. Worth for money!

It is budgetary but decent stay at a superb location. Happening market, eateries and pubs at very near distance. It has all basic amenities covered, but don't expect many delight factors. It is great stay if you want to spend more on langkawi experiences and save on Malibest Resort expenses. We did exactly that and lucky to get a sea view room. Don't loose the room key, coz Malibest Resort charges myr50 for duplicate key.

Location is on the main happening beach of langkawi. Plus point is the swimming pool with slides, children will love it. Main market area for shopping with few indian restaurants. Rooms are big with decent amenities, with the same rate you can get 4 or 5 star Malibest Resorts in another part of langkawi like kuah but if you want a decent Malibest Resort in the main happening area of langkawi then can definitely book it.

Best for family with kids, stayed in nice sea view rooms in 3 rd floor, balcony was small, Malibest Resort room was clean and good. Flush was not working properly, when we complained issue the tcechnician checked it and said it is due to low pressure and all room has same problem. They need to upgrade bathroom fittings, it is old. Location of Malibest Resort is very good to access all restaurants and shopping.

We stayed 2 days with my family. The location is excellent. We got beach view rooms. The whole family enjoyed well. Very near to beach, airport, shops, Malibest Resort. Cons: telephone is not there. We cant contact room service. All switch board contains big plug points. We could not able to even charge our phone. It was big headache to us. Except that the Malibest Resort is excellent.

Best location, huge property, right on the beach. The best you can get at this price. Although a bit old and hence issues with the doors, low light in the room when curtains are down. Room service issues. Electric lights were also low and blinking continuously, bad if you want to read something. But the location and price makes up for that

The Resort is in the best location, though little extra walking for dental Penang main spot and mall. The resort is quite big and the pool is fantastic but their family rooms are on the road side which I didn't like. Else everything below the Resort and close by. Good Indian restaurants.

Happening place, lots of shopping. Beach nearby and easy access

Perfect location. They don't change the bed cover everyday even i asked multiple times. They don't give two swipe cards. Reception service is ok. Pool is awesome for kids and family.

Good ambiance of room and the best place for kids to enjoy the swimming pool. Best view of the beach and one of the best resort in Langkawi. Sea view rooms. Excellent for this place.

Resort is located at the Beach, we got nice Sea facing room with a balcony. They don't have any restaurant at the Malibest Resort but you have many near by places. You can book Island hopping from reception

Room was spacious. Perfect location on the Pantai Cenang.

We stayed in family room. We had good stay in Langkawi. The entire area is a happening place with lot of eateries, shopping and Beach activities. Night life in chenang Beach is wonderful experience.

Strategic location. On the Beach Resort. Very good roadside market. Sea facing rooms available. Nice property.
Room services could have been a bit better. Otherwise everything was fine.

Great location with decent rooms. Easily accessible to all shops, restaurants and spa's. Exactly in middle of the happening place. Note: Please service the air conditioner. It's not clean. Overall, worth the money.
