I came with my family, it's just awesome, place was clean and comfortable and the staff is amazing, I never seen this kind of hospitality anywhere, the pool is the main attraction, overall beautiful experience.

Had a wonderful time. Went there for my 3rd anniversary. Mind blowing experience from the reception to the room and beach and cafe. Stayed for 2 nights. Wonderful facilities for all age groups. Amazing location, cheerful staff.

Awesome getaway in Penang

The location is at the Far North End of Penang Island and Batu Firangi. Very Clean Room with an awesome views of the Lagoons, pool and the tree lined beach in front. The staff at the reception were wonderful. Breakfast is a great spread to cater to all palates.

We were looking for a hotel that was in the best of Penang, but where? Georgetown? On top of Penang Hill? Whether with family, friends, or just a couple, it looks like Batu Ferringhi is the place to hang out. There were street hawker markets just down the road and the hotel has onsite Spa, restaurant, swimming pool with swim-up bar, river raft (inner tubes), and water slides. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms clean and modern. The staff make the difference though - everyone from the doorman to the front desk to the concierge to the room service wants to make sure you have a great time, you almost don't need to leave the room (and on one day, we decided to just that).

Swimming pool and the less crowded Beach

This hotel has got huge swimming pool which was the highlight of the hotel. It was fun. Good location as well. The beach was relatively less crowded. We had a good view from the room. Walkable distance from the most happening places. Hotel also provided free pickup and drop to 2-3 sightseeing places around ..

Perfect Hotel expect location is far

Hotel is perfect no problem. Only location is little far from town. Very good swimming pool. They say private beach but actually its too small and of no use. But rooms are perfect, lounge is good and staff is excellent. Nice place to spend 3 nights

Value for money. It is worth your money and time. Good location. Lot of fun activity for kids and everyone. Food is good and has variety. I wish water was cleaner. Wish the sea water was worth swimming but no complaints. People are nice and warm. Hospitality at its best.

Had heard a lot about hard rock hotel but i felt it is more of a hype. Too noisy, too crowded, better for families with kids. The restaurant is unable to accommodate people for breakfast leading to long queues. Not something you want on a vacation. Most of the staff really helpful and cheerful. Had one bad experience with the chef guess he was overloaded with orders and was unable to cope up. Made a suggestion to keep one more at the station and that was incorporated and had no issues rest of the trip.
