It was a good stay at the Hotel. Room was spacious with the wonderful outside view. Breakfast was amazing with some good dishes.

Location very good. Services very prompt and satisfactory. Food breakfast buffet was outstanding with a lot of varieties to suit different origin's appetites. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

Right from check-in to checkout it was great. Always smiling and eager to help staff. Great facilities, clean and tidy rooms. Prompt response is their USP. Had a great stay from 08 to 10/09/18. Would recommend to all my friends especially from India. Good luck.

We stayed at Sunway hotel for 2 nights. It is a very good hotel. Centrally located. Very spacious and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Wi-fi worked fine. Sunway hotel is very good hotel. Good location. Very spacious rooms and good breakfast.

Let me start with the location of hotel! OMG the location of the hotel is just perfect. The famous street food of Penang is just walking distance away from the hotel. The beautiful Penang square is easily seen from the room window. Hotel staff is very polite and easily available for any assistance. Rooms are fresh and clean. Over all a very great stay! Cheers :)

A good and popular hotel situated in the heart of the island in Georgetown. It is close to all the major tourist locations, CAT the free bus service stop is near to the hotel. The room is spacious and clean.

The staff were honestly great! We didn't realise that we arrived prior to the check in time. They offered welcome drinks and tourist advice with maps. Upon check-in they even called us to check that we had everything available in our rooms. I must say that we were very impressed by the rooms, they were of very good quality, clean and modern. As were the bathrooms. The location is good .

I was with my family and was pleasantly surprised by the facilities available at the hotel. The hotel staff greeted us with a smile. Since I was with my kids, the room that was allotted to us had an additional bed. Most of the hotels provide 2 complementary bottles of water and 2 cups for coffee/tea, but since we were with kids, we were given 3 bottles of water and 3 cups. I was really impressed by the attention to details. The washroom was clean and had latest facilities.

Everything worth seeing in Georgetown is a stone throw away from the hotel - time is spent in experiencing Penang rather than travelling. Room service, facililties - excellent. Very much affordable too. The swimming pool is very well maintained. Penang Times Square is 50 feet from the hotel. Museums are all less than 4 KM away. If you are looking for Indian food - Little India too is less than 4 km from the hotel.
