The Palace Of The Golden Horses Hotel was actually a palace with great swimming pool, spacious rooms, good air conditioning and excellent ambiance and cleanliness. But the housekeeping needs improvement. Faulty faucets, drains, door locks. Also the reception team is not so knowledgeable about changing rooms informing room boys about change of rooms. They double book a room at 12 pm and create confusion by other guests entering one of our rooms. Also Wi-Fi needs improved. Great Palace Of The Golden Horses Hotel but maintenance and staff needs more organized training.

Except lobby, rooms/balconies are not clean as expected. Rooms are old designed and all rooms are not having good view. Very few choice for vegetarian food in Restaurant. Old furniture / carpet stinks at few place. Travel desk's rate are high. Your saving on stay goes waste on conveyance.

Look wise Palace Of The Golden Horses Hotel is very grand, lobby area is good with excellent craftsmanship, Palace Of The Golden Horses Hotel is very big with gym pool park etc. Break fast was good. But room was average compare to what I said earlier. WiFi was not working, and in my room intercom also was in not working state.
