The property location was amazing being only 15 minute ride by jet boat with high safety standards. Once you arrive at the jetty, you will disembark on marina which had awesomely beautiful small houses having restaurants & shops. You would feel you are in some european sea side town! next you will be taken across the mesemrizing lagoon on a connecting bridge to hard rock island overlooking the ocean villa of sailagoon on r side and ocean villa of hated rock on left side. The staff at the reception were very friendly with particular mention of dash a from ukraine who explained everything in detail at length. The property of hard rock had 3-4 different wings each facing ocean or the ocean villas itslef amd the club carts were available 24x7 to ferry you anywhere inside the property or to marina for restaurants ( 7 different options to choose from ) apart from ressturants ( 2 such within hard rock. Concept of sundown-er at pavilion over complimentary small bites, mocktails amd cocktails every day was another highlight of the property. Also one had the option of cycling on bicycles ( 2 per room) to explore around. The pool side had dj, zumba sessions as well! the breakfast buffet spread was lavish & fresh. However expected more of live counters from the kitchen. Also being an ocean destination, sea food spread or bbq option was conspicuously less besides menu being there in elephant & butterfly restaurant albeit only at night. Must appreciate that the rooms were down twice during the day to our pleasure. The property was very neat and clean. Overall had a great stay with good hospitality. They had the complimentary photo shoot option with one free print and 20 for 200$ excluding tax. To our dismay since we were 2 families in different rooms, the cameraman acted smart and the hard rock also provided only a single pass which actually should have been 2 for 2 sets of rooms. This should be addressed by hard rock. How can they provide a single photo shoot pass for two sets of families ( since the booking was done together was their excuse.

Hard-rock is connected to marina which is a world in itself equipped with a variety of food options, we would eat thai, chineese, japanese, sea food, indian all at a reasonable price. Rooms were impeccable and constantly cleaned. Temperature checks at every location makes you feel secure. It is close to the airport only a 15 minute boat ride. Which saves you a lot of hassle and there are boats arranged in collaboration with the resort (slightly on the expensive side) but everything is taken care of and frees up your mind.
