Very centrally located hotel with not strong Wi-Fi

The Hotel is at a very good Central location next to Casa Railway Station. Many shopping Areas and Restaurants are around this area and Taxis is easily available by Waving the Hand. Tram station is also close by. Breakfast is also good but not much variety for Vegetarians, Reception is helpful and polite. Wi-Fi is not very strong or consistent. Rooms are of standard Ibis size and clean. However, only one plug socket in the room makes it difficult to charge various devices. On the whole it is good in quality and locality.

Hotel ibis charged and collected local tax amount. Which i had already paid at the time of hotel booking. The person there was not listening and started arguing. You and the hotel, both collected tax amounts from me. Means i paid that tax amount twice. I would like to get the amount refunded.

All was ok. But found the staff quite rude. Specially mr yousuf. Night manager. He had issues with me doing my work in the lobby. Started switching off the lights. Found it very silly.

Last day hotel booking from app and it was full and cancel the booking my refund also note done even no international services from make my trip
