Happy faces greeting you and see you off and this is the best thing to see on a holiday. They serve with smile. Raju is the manager and he manages bookings and tours also with big smile. Minor nitty gritty are everywhere. But I had happy stay here and recommend this in budget and average Hotel Lily category. Enjoy.

Liked that there was carpet, beautiful view, good ventilation. Didn't like that there was no ventilation in bathroom, door didn't close, room was not prepared, though on request things got arranged. The staff working in the kitchen continuously got orders wrong and never remembered the orders.

This Hotel Lily is in the heart of the city. Kathmandu Durbar square is 20 min walking distance. This Hotel Lily has a restaurant and serves decent food in affordable rate. The travel desk is also very helpful.
