Hotel Sapana Garden

This Hotel is amazing. Everything is as you See on the website and as promised on booking. We arrived at about 11 Pm from Pokhara and it was a fast easy check in. Our room was clean, big for Thamel and nicely decorated. Then we went for the wine and cheese which was great taste such a great touch and Sudarshan who runs the wine and cheese session was so friendly and helpful as were all the staff. Breakfast was also great, fruit, pancake, Becan, croissants, Omlettes, fresh coffee and lots of varieties. The door staff got us a taxi in no time. We were able to store our luggage when we checked out. The Hotel has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and a peaceful Garden. We would definitely stay here again, cannot recommend enough! Oh and the free drop to the Airport was a lovely compliment, wish we could have spent more time up there! Keep on keeping up, Sapana Garden.

Amazing, from the moment we walked into the beautiful Hotel Sapana Garden the staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much for them to do, they were very helpful, polite, considerate and mostly happy people. I would like to say thank you to Dipika, Sudip, Ishwar and Sudarshan and all the staff in the Hotel Sapana Garden for making our stay wonderful. I took my mom for her birthday and she thoroughly enjoyed her holiday. I have to say a very BIG THANK YOU to Mr. Sudarshan, ( for the amazing tea, my mom misses your tea ) Chef Shri Narayan the owner you all treated my mom like a Queen and for me making our holiday special. We shall be returning to this wonderful Hotel Sapana Garden and I have recommended it to all my family and friends. Thank you again to each and every member of staff at Hotel Sapana Garden, hope to see you all soon.

This is one of the best trips of our life. We were a family of four. This is more of a home and less of a Hotel for us. Everyone greeted us as a family member. Anyone of them were always there whenever we need them. They even brought pure cow milk for my child, it was a far adorable act. I couldn't have done the same to my guest if I were a Hotel Sapana Gardenier. I appreciate them from core of my heart. Thank you Ishwar for the kindness. Love much!

This is the best Hotel in Thamel, everyone was respectful and friendly. Dipika the receptionist was very friendly and welcome us, Ishwar was the best of all he assisted and helped us in the tours and everything. Mahesh was the best driver. Room service was the best, colleagues always call to check up on us, breakfast was very sweet. I will forever recommend this Hotel to everyone who wants to go to Thamel! The best ever! It was my good fortune to have booked Hotel Sapana Garden. Its well situated at Thamel. The staff are the best part of this Hotel, you cannot fault them. Unfortunately they do not have lift but its not a point to not stay here. They have a beautiful cool Garden, great breakfast. They helped me organize Kathmandu City tour. Thank you Mr. Ishwar for your great help during the stay. We will certainly come back here again.

I would like to extend my thanks to all the Hotel staff who welcome us in the Hotel and make and effort to make our special day more memorable. Thank you Mr. Ishwar, Mr. Narayan who facilitate us in our check in and to Mr. Ram helping us in our luggage. All the staff are very accommodating and friendly and extremely clean and elegant Hotel. They have no lift but was not a big problem for us. The staff are very attentive and courteous. Breakfast varieties were American, but would have been great if they could add more Indian breakfast. We talked with them, they were positive and would implement Indian breakfast each day for Indian guests. Thank you for providing pleasant stay experience.

The breakfast was always a buffet and so gave us an opportunity to a wide variety of selections, even when my diet was changed at the hospital I was able to adjust as there were many options for me. The staff were excellent especially the lady, at the reception. She was my favorite.

Enjoy a lot. The cooperative staff as well as the manager. Once you have to stay.

Everything here was perfect. The staff, room, breakfast, comfy bed were great value of money to stay here. Will come back again!

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Sapana Garden Sapana Garden. Everything was exceptional. The Hotel Sapana Garden doesn't have lift so we chose to stay at first floor.

Had a great stay at the Hotel Sapana Garden Sapana Garden! Receptionist let us check in really early as we flew in around 7am, he was very polite and gave us a room with a great view! Would definitely stay again such a great value for money.

The best part of this Hotel is, it is situated at prime location in Thamel. We had a great family stay here. Highly recommended for family.
