Excellent overall experience, stay, service, location. The hotel is located near the popar thamel market area. The rooms are great, bed, bathroom. Staff is very polite and ready to help in anyway. Also used the half & full day taxi service of the hotel, both car and driver were excellent

Very good service on all fronts. Only called the front desk once and didn’t get an answer. Called back and all was good. Dinner service was above any expectations. The staff there were seven star. All interactions were pleasant and the chef even made something off menu for breakfast on request.

Location was perfect - within walking distance of food shopping and sightseeing. Food was very good and lot of variety at bf. Rooms were very nice and comfortable and team was very courteous and helpful. Special shout-out to kabita at reception who took good care of us and specially in organising transport and billing experience.

The property is located at walking distance from main market area in thamel. The staff is very cooperative and i was given the room well before my check in time which i appreciate. I would recommend fairfield in future as well.

As a location it’s near to all Infact 15min from airport & moreover centrally located to center market. Here all facilities are next door. Food is superb. Good breakfast buffet. All time coffee available.

Property was very nice and our stay was very comfortable. Nice breakfast, lot of varieties for breakfast. Property location was very good near to garden of dreams and thamel market. One should stay in fairfield marriott if visit to kathmandu.

Suitable location, nice property management, although little smaller room size but good enough for solo business traveller, nice breakfast spread. Very courteous and proactive front desk staff as laxmi was there who took care to refresh room while i checked in at one smoking room.

Property - great location and comfortable food - great amenities and services - friendly and amicable staff and superb service. The amenities are great too. We had a great time at this property and everytime i come to nepal i would stay here.
