The hotel is centrally located in kathmandu, good quality of food, neat n clean atmosphere, very polite staff, good in behaviour. Overall a nice stay.

We stayed at hotel arts kathmandu on 29th and 30th of july 2023. We were warmly greeted and welcomed by the staffs of the hotel as soon as we arrived at the hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful and the quality of service and food we got while we stayed here was worthy of praise. I recommend anyone who comes to kathmandu, nepal to come and stay at hotel arts kathmandu. Will definitely stay here next time we visit kathmandu.

Easy to get taxis from, food was great, and the room was well-heated. The service of the bier bahadur in particular was excellent. Will stay here when i'm back!

It was difficult to find because it was so far from the main Road, it was in street. There were so many bars were there, it is not suitable for family.

Location is in the heart if market but no four wheeler is allowed till hotel. Parking issue. Room size is smaller compare to other hotels.

Stay is good but it's nightlife area, can't walk in market in late evening with family. Pl take care of area as family & kids concern. One more point can't able to make my trip from abroad

The hotel is comfortable, clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast was good, staff was very helpful in providing choices in food and drinks. The thamel area is crowded and the hotel is in a narrow lane. Cars can go right till the hotel gate but there are many bars and nightclubs around the area. So need to be careful after dark.

Property is excellent. Only problem is wifi is not working, very tough for tourists who coming from abroad. If anyone wants to stay alone and disturb free then that hotel is perfect coz nobody can reach you over phone.

Good hotel breakfast is good its on city centre theme l market. Only issue is kitchen closes at 9 pm
