The hotel is located at a posh location. This is very near to all the major locations of thamel. Rooms are very good. The staff is very courteous & welcoming. Overall a very budget friendly stay option.

Friendly hotel staff, very polite and helpful. Stay has been pleasant. Although, rooms were little small, yet very cozy and well furnished. No hustle while checking.

Everything was excellent right from the location to the facilities provided. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to stay at the hotel as it was the last day of our trip to Nepal. Nevertheless enjoyed every bit of whatever time that was available to us.

Location wise it is 4 out 5 otherwise rooms were comparatively clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was really good and memorable. The behaviour of hotel staff was friendly and well mannered. Overall it was a great stay.

Quality service with cheap rates

My experience at hotel Buddha Land was quite good, staff is very co-operative, well mannered. Hotel location is good, as it is situated in middle of the Kathmandu market, plus many travel options are available to nearby sites.
He have stayed there for two day. I can say this is the best value for money hotel in thamel. The kindly of services they give is excellent. In India we say "Athiti Devo Bhava", we actually felt that while staying at Buddha Land. They have not charged me for the additional services, which I have used at there Hotel.
Glad to find this nice hotel. Very quite surrounding. Just what you need after your shopping at Thamel. I would suggest to give it a go and spend your money elsewhere as it is the cheapest hotel we could find. Breakfast buffet was great too.
Stayed with my love during 1, 5 days. Arrived at 5-6 am, the front desk guy quickly registered us and gave the key. The room on the 4th floor has a balcony, big enough to practice yoga or chill in the evening. The room was small, but clean and comfortable, the bed was big, clean and comfortable . There's a lot of light in the room thanks to a huge window. The only little disturbance was the construction sight right in front of our balcony. And yes, staff is really very helpful and nice.

We stayed for five days. Very good room service, friendly & helpful staff. Good breakfast/food available in this hotel. Car arranged by the management for local attractions. Rooms are very good. Location of the hotel is heart of the city. With the help of management, We enjoyed the seeing the air view of mount Everest & other important mountains ( Buddha Air ways ). Excellent service by hotel & strongly recommended for stay.

Clean room. Clean sheets with quick on call service.
Nice and understanding manager.
Location is little difficult to find but manager guided well on phone with location.
Food was also good. We had breakfast included which was served well, hot, nice

It was a good stay at hotel. It is in the main area Pashupathinath temple is also near this place Staff were friendly. Room was good. There was only two varieties in breakfast .. Need to add few more options.

The location of the hotel was perfect for me.

The behavior, service and cleanliness are excellent. We reached bit early of our scheduled time but got the warm welcome. Similarly, the staff had been very helpful in providing local guidance as well as support for our visit to Pokhara which otherwise was not planned by us. Also the hotel staff had been instrumental for our one night stay at Pokhara without any extra cost at their own.

Located at prime location from where you can cover most of the tourist places. Nice service and good people makes your stay pleasant. Rooms where clean and worth staying. We were served break fast which was decent enough. Hotel provide guide and cabs for making your life easier.

Great homely atmosphere, friendly and effective staff, great central location and relatively quiet (for thamel: there was music at night and building noises in the morning but quite besides that). Perfect choice for this price range.

Nice Hotel to stay, well-cleaned and groomed staff. Feel like a family here. People are good. Breakfast quality is also good. If I will visit Kathmandu then I will stay here again. Average cost hotel with best hospitality.
