Hotel has got a fantastic rooftop pool, the staff are extremely courteous. Rooms are cosy and comfortable. Overall it was a good stay.

experience in hotel was wonderful in terms of service n cleanliness. food was exceptional. I tried food in kathmandu city but didn't like as food prepared in hotel shambala was mind blowing. must try it!!!

visited Kathmandu to pay obeisance to Pashupati Maharaj the stay was so comfortable, forgot all the day's tiredness. However, food is expensive.

We reached this hotel using taxi service from Kathmandu airport, the journey was very long (7 hours) and very tiring. I would highly recommend not taking the road to visit Pokhra from Kathmandu. The flight is really worth it and you save a lot of time and energy with a little bit of extra money. The view from the resort was the best, It oversees the lake and the pool and greenery are also amazing. You rarely need to leave the resort during your stay. It was a very relaxing and wonderful experience. The staff was very courteous, the food and service were excellent and the rooms were also amazing. Overall we had no issues whatsoever, they were able to book Paragliding as well as Flights back to Kathmandu. The payment can all be made via credit card without any issues. The pool is amazing and it is a great place for the family to spend time relaxing amidst greenery and mountains behind the lake. One great surprise we got was when we were sitting outside by the pool and suddenly one after the other paragliders started landing just behind the resort. In the end, a must-visit resort if you are in Pokhara, we are taking some of the great memories from Nepal all because of this resort.

Beautiful rooms with all amenities and the views of the rooftop swimming pool is just awesome with 360 degree view of the mountains and the City. Good staff with nice food taste. Also had a reasonable parking space for the car. Will definitely stay again. Worthy for a good property.
