Our stay at crystal palace (pokhara) was great with good taste of indian food and big rooms with good service from staff. Stay at kathmandu grand hotel was good. Good taste of food we really enjoyed food and staff is very cooperative.

service : excellent
breakfast : excellent - service during breakfast was also excellent
food : average menu, but items they have are good. Hot water : can be a bit flaky - in such cases called the front desk they sent someone with piping hot water in a bucket. Heating : excellent
other room facilities : excellent
lift : not available - could be a deal breaker for some

Food is excellent. The hotel people maintain the hygiene parameters. Complimentary breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is excellent it is located in thamel. One of the most crowded place of katmandu.

Hospitality at it's best from check-in to check-out was flawless. At every department, i.e. reception desk, in the room, at breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, luggage, departure, and information, it was courtesy and hospitality with a smile. Staff well trained to serve the guest.

Near to Thamel. Staff is very supportive but your kitchen closes at 9:30 pm. Breakfast is superb.

Exceptionally friendly staff and best line they say which makes your day is water is suppose to be free for everyone hence we don't charge for it and they literally meant that. Amazing hospitality and help given. If you need help on anything just reach out to reception they will sort things out
