All good, the staff, food, amenities are perfect. Cleaning and hospitality are excellent. Front desk staffs are professional in their job and finely delivered.

Room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast they provided was good and delicious. Staff is attentive and friendly. It was quiet and peaceful stay.

The best hotel at Biratnagar. The tag line of the is equivalent to 4 star hotel is a perfect tagline. Rooms are very spacious and that's goes without saying about cleanliness. There is one issue about the hotel is that they don't provide variety of food at the time of breakfast. But they have amazing food choices during lunch and dinner. Their bar is also pretty nice and they serve Sheesha which is good. I truly recommend to stay in this hotel.

It's over all good but they take extra service charge on food.
It's very good but only in bathroom when we start exhaust fan that time outside bad smell come inside bathroom.

Hotel is really good, but you get only veg food, food is really delicious but little bit costly. If you are in brat agar with family, recommended staying.
