Hotel has excellent view, no need to go to any other place just come and relax here. Hotel staff were very kind hearted. Usp is himalaya view. Food wise as well its top notch. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Everything was exceptional. View was spectacular. It was like living in the clouds. Food was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful and courteous. You can idle away your day in the jacuzzi looking over the himalayas. My only regret is i have booked it only for 1 day. I would visit it again in summer.

Gorgeous scenery, delectable cuisine, and amiable staff made our stay delightful. And the welcoming team was truly remarkable. The serene buddha garden were stunning. All the various dining options were staffed with friendly individuals. A truly peaceful haven to visit

It was a wonderful experience staying at the mystic mountain. We were on a family holiday and enjoyed the serene atmosphere at the resort. We particularly liked the warmth and the helpful attitude of the entire staff, be it at reception, dining or the housekeeping. The breakfast buffet was an adequate spread though more crafted for the non veg. The balcony/open terrace was the highlight of the trip and we enjoyed the lunch and evening tea in the balcony. The view of the sunrise was a bonus. We also enjoyed the valley view. The bar on the cliff & the buddha garden was very relaxing. The nepali thali was excellent. The happy hour offer was very tempting. All in all, a great holiday and must visit place to stay as a family and friends.

Although we check-in one day late, but hotel compensate us with complimentary dinner which was awesome. Friendly staff and excellent hospitality. One of the best property in town with exclusive views of nature. 100% recommended.

Location is excellent, you would get clear view of the snow clad mountains from your balcony. Can see sunrise on a clear morning. Journey from Kathmandu Airport to hotel takes 90 mins. Road is very bad, only drivers who know short cut routes can take you to Nagarkot comfortably. Hotel staff is very helpful. We were lucky to get Asharam Acharya car from Kathmandu. He knows the route very well and is very friendly, drives safely in Mountain roads.
