Lived with my family for a night. Amazing breakfast and clean rooms. Staff was friendly and even helped provide me airport taxi. At a great location making everything accessible on foot.

We went for a family trip to pokhara for the first time and our stay in hotel portland was very pleasant. I met indira and yash at the front desk and they were very polite and helpful. The service was very nice, staff was very friendly, there was variety in the food and was also tasty. The room services were quick and helpful.

The hotel staff was very polite and ensured we are comfortable throughout our stay. They used to call if we were not on time for breakfast to ensure we don’t miss it. Breakfast options also good. Overall great stay at reasonable price and a great view of lake and snow mountains from the window.

Location is very good. Food is average but breakfast is good. The staff is courteous and helped us in every way. The owner is helpful and made our stay comfortable. Kids friendly and good for family.

Stay was very good. Enjoyed a lot. Only thing scorpio v eh provided by the md of hotel portland for return journey to kt m was pathetic drive d by egoist driver. As we were in little stress because of flight cancellation due to bad weather, had an expectations of good support, which couldn't.

I was communicated by the hotel staff about the issue they were having in the hotel due to electricity before check in time, so they transferred us into another nearby property named heaven o ganga which was also very good, their staff was very nice so i think both hotel and there staff is very nice, i will rate my stay as 5 star.

It is the best hotel as per my experience. The breakfast is excellent with very nice staff. The mountain view room is amazing. We can see annapurna range from the balcony. The hotel very near to lake side. The hotel experience is very good.

One of the best hotels at a budget cost in pokhara. We stayed in this hotel for 2n/3d. The hotel is located just 5 mins walk from the lake and just 1 min walk from the main market. The hospitality was amazing, special thanks to indira who attended us at the reception and helped us in preparing our itinerary/cab bookings for the site visits. All staff members were quite polite. Would definitely recommend this one for all the guests.

We had the most incredible stay at Hotel Portland in Pokhara, situated right on the lakeside. From the moment we arrived, we was greeted by the warmest and most accommodating staff we've ever encountered. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The owner's dedication to ensuring guests have a fantastic experience was evident throughout our stay. Their helpful recommendations for local activities and dining options added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. The location of the hotel is nothing short of breathtaking. Waking up to the serene views of the lake and the Annapurna mountains in the distance was a dream come true. The rooms were cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. We can't say enough about the delicious meals served at the hotel's restaurant. The variety and quality of the food exceeded our expectations, and we often found ourselves lingering over meals just to savor the flavors. Hotel Portland in Pokhara is more than just a place to stay; it's an experience in itself. We left with incredible memories, a deep appreciation for the staff's kindness, and a longing to return. Very nice place. Peaceful. Natural and healty living experience. Adventure wise good place. Bear lake and near main market so easy to walk for market.
