A splendid experience. It has just an amazing view of the pier. The city lights looked so amazing. The staff were also super helpful

It was a pleasant stay. Hotel given me a free upgrade to suite room and it was so luxurious feel with mini bar free. The view was awesome from the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel first if any one near amsterdam central.

Good property but with staff issues

The infrastructure and quality of the property was good. However, some of the staff are a bit cold and uncooperative more so at the reception and front desk, almost with a perpetual air of superiority.

Old rooms, very far from everything

Rooms are big, lower floors have no view. Staff is uncooperative. Rooms need upgrade as everything is old. Breakfast is very good !
