We stayed here for three nights. The rooms are extremely spacious with great facilities. As the name suggests, the hotel has a lot of quirky art, which not everyone may like, but we found it fine. It is a little outside the main city you need to take a bus to the central Station to go anywhere from here, but the location was peaceful. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

A very informative and helpful front desk, among the best I have ever seen. A 15 minutes bus ride on bus number 22 takes you from the Amsterdam Central station to outside the hotel. Bus stop Oostzaanstraat. The hotel will be the big red building in the direction of travel, on the way back the stop is immediately outside. So you stay in a quiet neighborhood, well connected to the town center.

Hotel location, rooms etc was good, but staff was non-cooperative, highly insensitive, non helpful, which is rarest in Holland. Very much dis-satisfied from behavior of staff since check-in till check out. Only bad experience in our whole Holland trip including stay in 3 hotels. Staff needs to train to be customer friendly.
