Amazing location, kind and hospitable staff. Room was clean, and definitely felt safe the entire stay. Three different restaurants located in hotel in the event you do not want to leave to get dinner or breakfast. WiFi is strong. No complimentary airport pick-up.

Stayed here for four nights. It's a decent place but a bit old. There were too many people this time and that may have been because of the regional games being help. Food options are good including a few indian dishes. Staff was quite polite and prompt to attend to requests. Overall a good place to stay in Makati

3 nights stay was comfortable, breakfast had lot of varieties. Staff are courteous. Facilities were okay. Only thing hotel is little bit run down in terms of maintenance.
