What to say about Okada Manila. It was 5 star hotel with 7 star stay. It was our anniversary trip. That's why hotel upgraded us to Manila Bay 2 bedroom suite room. One of the best stay experience till now.

Okada is not suited for indians, their food preferences and reluctance to allow food from outside for indian dietary prefernece is a big negative. No respect for checkin time delay i service and room electronics not working is a big negative. Rooms are elegant but over used in serious need of maintenance

So one thing for indian traveler's, please note these people have no sense of customer service. They will delay your check in. Check in time was 3pm and then they need a further day hours to clean the. Room and post that they need to do inspection, if they are late they don't care nor do they give you a comfortable place to sit while you wait. Managers are never available and they have trainees standing at the front to take abuse from customers. All the food is pork beef mixed! they create a major issue if you order food from outside. This is the only casino on the planet which does not allow you to carry alcohol. It's like checking into a prison. Rules permissions don't do this dont do that. Save your money, don't go here
