New and well equipped. Very friendly and helpful staff (Vladimir and especially Fabio). Washer/dryer in the 1 bedroom apartment was very helpful. However, hot water system could not handle 3 showers plus washing machine and dishwasher running at the same time.

Hi, we stayed for 2 nightss. Overall, it was an average experience rather on disappointing note though. The hot water runs on heater, so we had to wait for heater to get shower! The apartment itself is tiny, has a big terrace though. The WC is so small, u can hardly make a turn. All in all, clean apartment - well equipped and with good hosts, but couple of things to be careful about.

The property was very clean, and the staff were able to hold our bags until check-in and got the room ready early. The room was nice and clean as well, with tile floors and clean sheets and bedding. The only thing that took getting used to was the small in-unit water tanks - we had 4 in the room and the last one to shower often got lukewarm water at best, so we learned to stagger showers (2 in the morning and 2 in the evening) with occasional boosts to get everyone showered each day. The combination washer/dryer allowed us to pack clean clothes for the return trip home.

We stayed on room 10C. It was right above the restaurant and bar. So we could hear everything until it was closed till 1200-0000. I did book at room with two twins bed but ended up with 10c…

What a wonderful find! Perfect in every way. We were able to leave our bags safely while we enjoyed the city and were checked in by such a friendly member of staff. The apartment was clean, well equipped and the view of parliament was a total treat. The complimentary wine, water, biscuits etc was a nice touch. We were a group of single mother, 17 & 15 year old sons visiting friends. It was really reassuring to have 24hour security reception as we came and went on lots of different schedules (sight seeing, clubbing, eating out etc) Perfect location for reaching most of the city. Kitchen was well equipped and the local supermarket close and reasonably priced. 1 evening of Netflix and eating in was welcome after several busy days for me and my youngest son. We will definitely be back

The staff at this hotel was incredible and very helpful! The rooms themselves were very nice, clean and updated. The one downside was the parking. Although they did offer parking at the hotel it was expensive and not real convenient, although very secure. Overall this was probably the best hotel we stayed at on our two week vacation.

Dropping bags requires local tax payment of €48 in cash only. For tourists from non-Europe countries, this is very inconvenient especially there is no ATM nearby. The check-in staff was not happy when we said we would pay at at check-in after getting cash, as we only wanted to store our bags.

My family (myself, my husband and our sixteen year old son) had a wonderful stay the Les Deux Mariettes! The one bedroom apartment gave everyone plenty of space to stretch out! My son occupied the sofa bed in the living room and it was nice to have privacy. The apartment was roomy, modern and very clean. The bed was so incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was quite spacious with plenty of storage. The high end appliances in the kitchen were a nice touch however we didn’t utilize them as Lisbon has so many amazing restaurants! The location of the apartment is very nice, across from assembly building. Very safe area. With in walking distance to many lovely restaurants, bars and shops! Be sure to pack comfortable shoes! Love Lisbon, can’t wait to come back and would definitely rebook Le Deux Mariettes! Obrigada!

Based on the description/photos was expecting a “boutique” hotel - while stylish, this place is massive. Stayed for 7 nights and the room was “cleaned” once (day three) with fresh towels and one roll of toilet paper offered at that time. We had to ask the front desk for more toilet paper when we ran out. During the cleaning, our shoes and luggage were shuffled around and bedding left piled up on one of our pieces of luggage. They did not vacuum. In the middle of the night on our last day the ceiling started dripping water. It progressively got worse and the noise kept us up all night. The on-site restaurant was nice and had good service.

This place was way better than I thought. My only wish was to know each apartment could sleep four and not only two. We reserved two rooms for that reason. That being said, it's no one's fault. The place was immaculate, clean, and spacious. The people at the reception were exceptional. I wouldn't mind staying here again.

I highly recommend this property. We arrived a bit early and they accomodated us to give the unit early. Anna also recommended few spots which we can visit. Anna is lovely and friendly. Unit was clean and shining. Front staff is amazing. They even come out to drop us to the uber car and helped for luggage.
