It was great location easy to locate and not too far from Airport, food I haven't tasted but hotel staff are polite and willing to help us for any need no disturbances from hotel staff or any other kind. Very clean room, majorly toilet only problem. I faced was TV channel not much but then, my stay was pleasant and will recommend many solo or couple traveller to visit without any problem of privacy or safety factor.

The beat hotel in Doha, putting it in simple words is you get what you pay for 5 star service food is great connectivity to the market area is no issues.
This was my second stay at the hotel I surely an highly satisfied for everything thanks for a pleasant service.

Its a new Hotel and hence gives you quite a nice feel. Staff is warm and takes care of your needs. Good enough spread for breakfast. Only thing missing would be any good view from your room.

Real 4 star stay

The Sapphire Plaza is real 4 star experience throughout my 6 nights stay. The room interior is classical but rooms are very peaceful and completely noise free. Service is really commendable and WiFi speed is great. Nice Peaceful sleep is guaranteed. Hotel is real value for money and all the food items are also reasonably. Negative is the flooring carpet though clean its appearance is not great. Needs immediate replacement.
The hotel is situated at convenient location and there are good restaurants in the vicinity. The Hotel service is great and cleanliness is also fine. The flooring carpets need immediate replacement. All other things well placed and it is real 4 star hotel. WiFi speed is excellent and room interior is somewhat classical but all the rooms free from external noise. Nice and peaceful sleep is guaranteed.

Last day of my stay I could not even take bath. There was no water coming in my bathroom and even I kept on calling reception, it was of no use, even engineer had come, he check, it’s not coming after that he left telling I check and come back by in 2.5 hours even he didn't come back or even reception don’t call me back, every time I call, they like I have informed engineer, I check and update me but 2.5 hours, no one called back and other days also there was no proper force coming in water, in breakfast also the cook who prepare omelet also don’t have time, just we have to inform call him, I want omelet, then he come prepared in hurry and give off, do not prepare it well. Last time I stayed in other hotels in Doha, this hotel service was worst as compared to others. Never recommend to other and visit same hotel.

One of my worst stay at any hotel. Never ever go to this hotel. Staff is not at all cordial and the property is very unhygienic

As I Am frequent traveller I find Sapphire Plaza very good Hotel as the staff here is very nice and also rooms are indeed very spacious and clean.
