Quite underwhelming for a 5 star hotel, had a connecting room door and i find that disturbing, the window glass was dirty as well, for a 5 star hotel? that’s unacceptable.

The stuff are not friendly, very late check in & they’re not helpful at all and we book for the hotel but they change it into apartment otherwise the place itself is so clean and luxury but i think they made a mistake in choosing the receptionists
