We got good support on early check in. Miss al otaibi on desk helped and overall good. Only it’s on hill rise area need transportation. Which is early available.
Best experience clean rooms e car service staff members are very help full near harm 5minutes walking distance

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city, supermarket, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! it's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again for going just that little step extra for the guests!

1. Room service and maintenance 2. Helpful reception crew, swift checkin even at 4 am
3. Breakfast buffet 4. Room air-conditioning, warm water cons
1. Location at hill-top, dependence on hotel's golf cart to move up and down the hill. Not recommended for senior citizens.

Subhanallah good stay nice service very close to masjid al haram walking distance 550mtr. Bit hill road but golf course car service is der from hotel

The service and quality in overall is average. But it is a descent stay for someone who has come to visit haram. The people at the reception is very friendly and the room service person was also very kind. The location is kind of on a hill but the golf car is always active to take you down. And if you are staying in tower 1 its all the more easier. There are eateries and shops nearby.

Hotel elf ajyad is situated on hill and not convenient to go out and again come back. Secondly it needs renovation, the rooms are good, but the beds are not up to date. Wash room needs to be renovated. Wifi service not proper. Food is not having variety. Therefore if no good & better hotel is available then only one can think about stay at elf ajyad.

No business cards of hotel, location is not advisable for old and heart patients as it’s located on a steep climb of a hill. Broken commode seats, intercom not working, no house keeping, no restaurant in the hotel. Not worth for the price you pay.

Only the best thing is that it is near to ha-ram otherwise room was too much smelly, bathroom drain smell was too much, hair dryer is out of order. In the make my trip booking it was mentioned with free breakfast but hotel said it is without breakfast. As a whole, it is not worthy of the amount paid.
