Walkable to Haram

The Swissotel Makkah is very near to Haram , the rooms are neat and bathroom are okey , there are two types of room Haram view and Kaaba view ,it was very convenient to just go and come and do tawaf whenever we wanted ,if you have the Haram view and Kaaba view prayers can be done from the room it’s very satisfying during peak hours as most of the time ladies are directed out of the Haram for prayers so this is a good option ,it’s is just 5 minutes walk to Haram ,it’s connected to the mall from the reception area , the prayer recitation are connected in all rooms , comparing to the global 5 stars it still needs more improvement but all together good , dnt expect the any global standards in any Swissotel Makkahs in Mecca region

Location is very good. The facility of speakers connected with masjid al ha-ram is excellent. After hearing adhaan we can go to mosque and catch the jamaat. One can also perform salat from room also. Cleaning daily was also excellent. Overall we enjoyed our stay at swissotel.

Had a 4 night stay in premium kaaba view room, the room was spacious and the kaaba view was amazing. The washroom was comparatively smaller than expected. They have good breakfast options and the overall service was excellent

I had a check-in problem, makemytrip said check-in was from 12pm while the Swissotel Makkah said it's from 4pm. I had a difficult time during check-in
