    This property is located close to Haram and has a great location for car drop off. The staff is helpful and nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, some guests complained about the towels not being provided despite complaining multiple times. The breakfast was below average and the price was considered high by some guests. The property needs some upgrades to match its 4-star rating. On the positive side, the property is really clean and near to the Haram. The staff is professional and the check-in process is fast.
