I recently stayed at novotel suites olaya, and i was very pleased with my experience. Each time i walked in, the warm welcome made feel right at home the reception team was fantastic, always friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to mr. Bass-em and his wonderful team who consistently provided outstanding service and made sure my stay was comfortable. The breakfast team also did a great job, greeting me with smiles and serving delicious food to start my day right. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, and i appreciate the wonderful service from everyone at novotel suites olaya. I look forward to returning!

I stayed there for 4 days. Novotel Suites is a very good option for all kind of travelers. Good food, cooperative staff, location wise also good.

Wonderful front office, restaurant and housekeeping staff very prompt and quick with their services good breakfast spread clean and spacious rooms highly helpful staff excellent location - olaya street

Irresponsible hotel not giving any positive response to the customer not clean
