Review Of DoubleTree by Hilton Seychelles - Allamanda Resort & Spa

Double tree Hilton offered us an amazing ocean view room with private ocean view room overlooking an soothing pool. Also the coral filled calm and serene ocean in front of the hotel made for an amazing view. The glass bottom boat tour by the hotel staff was all we could have asked for. Highly recommended hotel for all which also offers breakfast and dinner too with the room package.

There is no option of inclusive lunch at the hotel. We had booked for meal plan as Breakfast+ Lunch/ Dinner included. I paid the booking amount according to that. But at the hotel we were informed that they do not have any option of inclusive lunch. As we had planned for dinner somewhere else, coz we were under the impression that we can have lunch at the hotel, and dinner outside as per our convenience. But the staff said we will have to pay if we wanted to have lunch. They charged us for the dinner we did not have. If option of inclusive lunch is not there, then information should be accordingly shared, before inviting bookings

hotel is located at a good location room was spacious.Food quality could be improved. Very less option at spa. There is no option to pre book spa

Overall experience was good. Hotel has a direct access to the beach and the beach is very good. Rooms are excellent all sea facing and while a bit dated are quite comfortable. Service is very decent as well. Improvement areas are quality and variety of food , limited entertainment in the hotel and total lack of kids activities including a kids play area. Overall would recommend it

I had booked for 2 nights and asked for a special arrangement as it was our honeymoon. Unfortunately our flight got delayed and i informed the airline to do a partial cancellation for 1 night. I believe hotel was okay to refund but mmt did not pursue our case at all. Further hotel made no arrangement for our honeymoon. Dissatisfied with both hotel and mmt overall. Plus it was darn expensive. Not worth the money

The property is well maintained. The room was clean and spacious. However there is only one restaurant on the property with limited choices in the menu. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Scenic location, beach access, peace and calm stay.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms offer stunning views but the staff are very average and not helpful. The location of the hotel is good but the food quality was very bad and amenities provided in the room was very much below average.
