Carlton Hotel Singapore

It is our pleasure to share our experience of stay at “Carlton Hotel Singapore” at Bras Basah Road. The ambiance and room services are excellent. The Carlton Hotel Singapore lies at the midst of all tourist destinations like Marina Bay, Marina Bay Sand Skypark, Singapore river Cruise, Gardens by the Bay, Singapore Botanic Garden, National Orchid Garden, Waterfront Promenade, Singapore Flyer, Merlion, Bugis Street Market, Little India, China Town, Sentosa Island, etc.The easiest and cheapest mode of transport is MRT( Mass Rapid Transit). Also Carlton Hotel Singapore is quite near to Bras Basah MRT which makes commuting to all the destinations comfortable and convenient. If you are a vegetarian then “GRAB APP” is the best option to hunt vegetarian food. One of the best restaurant we chased was “A1 Indian Curry And Falafel Lebanese Restaurant”. Bugis Junction Mall offers best and quality shopping experience. If you wish to go on a Night Safari, Singapore Zoo, Rainforest Lumina and River Safari, board North South Jurong East MRT, alight at Khatib Station and board Mandai Khatib Shuttle which will take you directly at these places for free. Overall the Singapore tour was mesmerizing one.

Check-in process was smooth and fast. Excellent customer service from the entire Carlton Hotel Singapore staff, from the time you get off the cab, luggage handling, room delivery and breakfast buffet. Breakfast packages can be opted when the room is reserved. Definitely worth the price. Huge spread of continental, chinese options, make your own omelettes, dim-sums, fresh fruits, yogurt, juice, breads and cheese, fried rice, congi, coffee, hot chocolate etc . Good Room size. Bath room could've been slightly big, but that is expected in Singapore where they have to make good use of available real estate. Guest rooms access is only available with the FOB key in elevators.

Room was upgraded, but its an average sort of arrangement. Room service is not great. Some don't understand English language. Locations is great as most of tourist attractions are nearby but view from Carlton Hotel Singapore room is not good. Can't say value for money as per international standard but may be cheaper 5 star option in Marina Bay. No indian or veg cuisine on offer. Check-in and check out was hassle free though. Concierge services were delightful. Taxi on call and warm welcome.

The Carlton Hotel Singapore is located in a central place, has good accessibility to mart (city hall mart is 5 mins walking from the Carlton Hotel Singapore. Very polite and supportive staff. Clean and spacious rooms. The only drawback was the lack of vegetarian options. The breakfast menu mostly remained the same for an entire week. If you are a vegetarian, would not recommend booking breakfast.

We stayed there for 3 days in October 2015. Location of the Carlton Hotel Singapore is very good and is close to Marina and Clarke Quay also very easily accessible by the public transport. Since we were totally vegetarian there was very little option in the breakfast. Rooms were clean and nice. Staff was helpful and friendly. Overall we had an amazing time in the Carlton Hotel Singapore.

The location of the Carlton Hotel Singapore is excellent. Walkable to shopping Malls and central business district. The electronic market is at 10 mins walk and MRT is also at walkable distance. The Carlton Hotel Singapore rooms are spacious and the cleanliness is great. The only problem is light in the rooms. It's not that bright so people who prefer bright light may not like it.

We just spent 3 nights in a premier club room. Very spacious and came with terrific views over Marina Bay and Marina Bay Sands. We also enjoyed daily breakfast and evening drinks and snacks at the Premier Club lounge. The staff at the Carlton Hotel Singapore were super efficient. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Location was fantastic. Just in front of raffle mall where you can find nice restaurant like Ding Tao Fung. Walking distance to everything like metro bus stop, shopping and restaurant. But if you want to have Marina Bay Sands view this is not a option. However if you are looking for convenient Carlton Hotel Singapore in Singapore city this is good for you.

We had a nice welcome at the Carlton Hotel Singapore, our luggage was brought quickly to our room- which was quite spacious with a great bathroom with bathtub. We didn't use the pool but it looked inviting. The breakfast was a good experience, great variety and friendly staff. For that price, I expected nothing less. Would recommend.

It was a short and sweet stay. Small features like a free handy can make a traveler happy. Good marketing strategy.

The address mentions Marina but the Carlton Hotel Singapore is a taxi distance from the shopping and entertainment arena in Marina bay. So location wise the Carlton Hotel Singapore did not have much to offer. Also, the Carlton Hotel Singapore I believe is meant for business travellers and not so much for family.

Good location. Near to Singapore Flyer and Gardens by the bay. Easily accessible my. Also closer to Little India and Orchard road. Rooms are average Food is expensive. Staff is courteous and helpful. Allowed for a early check in and late check out.

Good Carlton Hotel Singapore to stay, room was pretty good. Got a city view room. Good part Carlton Hotel Singapore providing a Mobile with unlimited data and local calls free which helped a lot to use public transport rather than taxi. Also city hall MRT is at walk able distance. ALso from Bayfront distance is not much.

We stayed there only for one day. It has extra huge room and the facilities were up to mark. I would recommend others to stay here for once. It has very nice hospitality and the staff was a cooperating lot.

I stayed with my mom in premier club lounge and I loved it. Highly recommended, the club lounge breakfast and cocktail is delicious and selected menu with high quality food. Extremely satisfied.

Excellent room with all the basics

Very nice Carlton Hotel Singapore with great location. Enjoyed our stay. Very close to Orchard road and has a nice mall next door. There is a MRT nearby in case anyone wants to use public transport. Lot of food options around.

Very courteous staff. I got upgraded room with amazing view of Singapore Skyline and impeccable house keeping. Would love to stay again for its service and connectivity. The dinner buffet and breakfast at Carlton Hotel Singapore was lavish and gastronomic. Will recommend for stay in Singapore.
