Had asked for a room with bathtub, but they gave one with shower cabinet, then when I asked to change it they didn't have clear information regarding that and made us hold up. Reception never answers the phone, moreover there is no direct link one has to connect through dial one touch service i.e. operator and reception never answers. Breakfast had no name cards about the dishes neither any chef to assist unlike other 5-star properties. So we could hardly have anything, there were different cuisines but how will one get to know what it is. Shuttle is available for maximum locations for people staying in location. Taxis are easily available for tourist locations. We were staying at executive room for 5 nights. Only drawback of this Grand Copthorne Waterfront Singapore is food. Their food is totally for westerner not for indian. There is totally bad food for indian. We stayed there but only once we had taken dinner which is very pathetic. Breakfast was OK.

Early check in was refused even after agreeing to make extra payment, after half an hour another executive provided the room with extra payment. Still unable to understand why he refused when room was available and i was ready to pay. 2nd instance i asked for small to celebrate my wife's birthday, initially they refused to provide ( it was very disappointing as we came to celebrate the birthday) later they kept in room in evening hours. Good part was that they gave 1hr for late check out.

Very nice Grand Copthorne Waterfront Singapore to stay and very friendly staff. I was traveling with my wife on honeymoon. I was given a high floor room and the guest relation services team also gave us a complimentary cake as we were on our honeymoon trip. Breakfast was great and had a lot of variety. Taste of breakfast was great as well. Bed was comfortable and the room is quite spacious. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Would recommend to friends visiting Singapore.

Hotel is well equipped with all the amenities. Great for business travel. Decent breakfast buffet. Close to Clarke quay. Excellent views from the higher floors. Do not take a room on the smoking floors. Gym is well equipped. Pool is smallish. Room are small but in Singapore you can't expect much.

Hotel was excellent for the deal I got through MMT. Though location was far from the nearest metro station but the free shuttle help me with it. Room quality and cleanliness were good and nicely maintained. Staff were good and helpfull.
