On the whole, it was an excellent stay. Value for money for the size of room, cleanliness, politeness, and efficiency of staff, very pleasant. No room for any complaints. All requests were met in excellent time frame. Another plus point is the Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy's proximity to the mall, bus stop, and eateries. The only drawback was the breakfast buffet. The same dishes were served daily with the exception of 3-5 dishes varying every day. The spread could have been better and more. Didn't try any of the restaurants so can't comment on the food but going by what we had for the breakfast, I'm sure the food I've been equally appetising. We stayed for 6 days. Breakfast was cool spread as it was expected. Vegetarian dishes were also there but can be improved on variety. We had tried pure chinese cuisine over dinner on 2nd floor restaurant. It was good as well.
Liked Cleanliness and swimming pool, good amount of water bottles available considering hot climate outside 4 stars for the Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy and stay at Grand mercury Roxy Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy.

The Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy is no near MRT Station and one would have to take a bus, from opposite the Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy and go to the nearest MRT Station (Paya Laber). The breakfast at the Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy was decent, though there could be more vegetarian options. There are good restaurants near to the Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy.

We stay one night there, we reached early to Roxy. Even though previously requested for the early check-in, we did not get it. And after excursion came back by night and checked in after that. But we did not get late checkout next day and need to check out as regular. These might have been considered. Apart from this, it is a nice place to stay and nearest to airport.

Very good Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy. Good rooms and very good breakfast. They have complimentary pick up and drop from airport. Though location is little away if you want to explore Singapore but there is an metro station in construction and once completed it should be fine. At the moment the neatest metro is Paya Lebar which is 15 minutes by city bus.

Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy is at a local residential & business area, that gives you feel like you are in Singapore. You can have sea view or residential skyscrapers view or pool view. Behind the Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy on Katong road, you can find Indian restaurant. Very clean, green & safe city cum country Singapore is.

Hotel accommodated early check-in that made all the difference to me. Concierge was also very supportive. Location for business meetings may not be great but I chose this location for my own purpose. They also gave me free shuttle to airport. I shall chose this Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy for my next trip.

Brilliant Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy. Best view from my room, very clean. I enjoyed stay there. My family is satisfied. I have taken 3 rooms and lovely staff. Swimming pool is very clean and love to swim back again. I enjoyed a lot.

Absolutely amazing location and food. Staff very friendly and cooperative. They provide free River cruise also.

It was indeed a best decision to select Grand Mercure. I liked the most about the handy travel phone provided by the Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy. It made things very easy for me to travel, calls and find best deals for attractions. I not only saved few dollars but was convenient to manage everything.

One of the most spacious rooms in Singapore -no problems in early check in and staff was most helpful-I would definitely come here again-close by we found an Indian restaurant also, which was big advantage for vegetarians like us-otherwise so many food option just across the road !!

Right opposite a shopping center with good access to their hawker center, good bus connectivity around the city. Very close to the airport. Clean and well services, staff is helpful and courteous. Took care of all our request, provided a baby crib and also early check in on request.

If you want your stay in Singapore to remembered then book this Hotel ... Very clean Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy with all required amenities and perfect location. Mcd is just accrros the road. Lot of good food option s very near to Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy.

Great Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy though it is a little far from Orchard street. The Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy was very comfortable and the staff were really hospitable. The location too was convenient as it was adjoining a mall and also so close to the beach. Very nice breakfast. Great experience.

Genuinely loved every bit of my stay at this Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy. The staff was courteous. Rooms were spacious and clean. 5 mins walk from east coast beach. Really loved their "handy" feature in which they provided a free mobile phone for calling. Amazing stay overall.

Its good. We were travelling with my family. There are indian restaurants around as well. Nice place. Staff at the conceirge service is very friendly. Though nothing much preferences in breakfast, its OK to manage with continental.
