A good option for couples on vacation!

We (me and my wife) stayed for three nights at Ibis, Novena. Our room was compact and had two separate beds. The room was clean and the amenities provided were sufficient. However, the aircon didn't seem to be efficient despite the temperature being set to the lowest possible one. Apart from that, the breakfast buffet was good and had variety. Overall, a pleasant stay without burning a hole in your pocket.

Check in provided one hour early. Smooth and quick check in. Response from housekeeping slightly delayed, however reception is fast and fulfilled all requests. Rooms are slightly small, however clean and manageable. Free shuttle service to metro Station is handy. In-house restaurant is very good and affordable. Cheers!

Ibis Novena Singapore was a secured, comfortable stay with good offerings at buffet breakfast. Staff was courteous and friendly. Overall, well located property that gives you a value for money deal. Last day of our visit we were upgraded to premium rooms. Delightful experience.

Very nice ambiance and excellent location. Mostly western food, since we wanted Indian food so not much good in that sense. Hotel staff were very cooperative and friendly. Facilities are very nice. Free WiFi was best. Very convenient check in and check out.

This is bit too far from the attractions in Singapore. If you want Indian food there are not many options near by. Nothing for shopping as well. But the surrounding area is very nice. Rooms are tiny but clean. Hotel lobby gives a feel similar to a hospital.

It was a good and comfortable stay in Ibis, the ibis Singapore Novena provides free shuttle service to the MRT. Hotel is located at 10 minutes walk from the MRT station Novena. Food is also good, though not much for vegetarians. Overall good stay.
