I requested for the room in top floor for a good view and she immediately provided at 14th floor, however, she gave a disclaimer that it is subjected to availability and without any hesitation, she provided rooms are very cozy and super clean. The room size will be comfortable for couples may be with one kid extra 0-5 years. And an important thing to mention is Ibis Bencoolen is located in a prime location. You can reach Bugis street at 3 mins walk. And closest MRT is Rochor which is 4 mins walk. The staff and service were great and prompt. The food (breakfast) was really nice with a great variety from Indian / international to different cuisines and varieties. The location is really great (just the next lane to Bugis street) and only 15-20 mins walking to the Marina Bay too ( we enjoyed our morning walk to Marina Bay and the breakfast too when we returned back to the Ibis Singapore On Bencoolen - Near Little India). The staff also went out of their way to arrange for a cake for my mother's birthday(as we had checked in quite late in the night no place was open)

We stayed for 7 nights at ibis. Location was perfect, very near to Serangoon and city center. Very lovely area, a 7-11 at ground floor. Breakfast was also decent for Indians. The only crib I have is rooms are very small. If you are single or couple it is fine but not with kids and not for a week stay and all.
