We had a comfortable stay at the ibis Styles Singapore On Macpherson. Budget friendly, shuttle service, clean. Manager Navjyot is a friendly and helping guy, thanks. Unlike other ibis ibis Styles Singapore On Macphersons abroad this property was average. Shuttle flies 3-4 times in a day only, the timings should be informed before hand to the guests, limited breakfast options and refilling was way too slow. Whosoever staff came to the room to deliver something had a weird angry expression on his face. It's good but these things can he improved. Thanks.

The check-in process was smooth and easy. The rooms were clean and the view from the room in the day and at night was fabulous. The ibis Styles Singapore On Macpherson is located in a mall and there is a fair price shop on the second floor from where you can get your supplies like water and eateries. The breakfast was bad for a vegetarian Indian and there was no variety it was the same breakfast every day. However, the staff was amazing. Location is away from the city limits, but they provide shuttle service to the nearest MRT Station.

Location is a little off but the exceptional services of the ibis Styles Singapore On Macpherson make it a good staying option for tourists. The staff is so polite and courteous, it just makes your day, location is a little off beat, food is good, the metro station is a little too far for people who are here for a short trip. But then the ibis Styles Singapore On Macpherson compensates it by using free shuttle service.
The sink is in the room with no partition, was a little weird for us.

Food was really good, but need more variety in breakfast. Service need to to be improved as I stay 2 days in this ibis Styles Singapore On Macpherson there is no one to provide water in room. As per front office staff its ibis Styles Singapore On Macpherson policy that the guest will come down on level 1 or 4 to take water with the water jar which place in room, which I feel embarrassed to go and fill water in front of other guest while doing check in.

Great place to stay with family and well-connected to many places

Stayed with family of 3 and liked the place very much. Although the rooms were little smaller to keep luggage of large family, the place was well-designed and planned. The basin is outside, shower room and washrooms are separate so that travelers can utilize the time well. Breakfast was well spread of different cuisines. Staffs were cordial and professionally behaved. Certainly great place I will recommend to others.

We spent two nights on this ibis Styles Singapore On Macpherson. Hotel facilities were good. Breakfast was really good with lot of variety. They also provide shuttle service to nearest MRT stations and to few other places like Orchard and Chinatown. Rooms were clean, however room size is too small with the queen size bed. If you are traveling with a kid please. Reconsider your decision.

The catering and services are stripped down to the basics but what you can expect is a high level of professionalism, clean environment, friendly people and a very european staying experience.
