The stay was excellent. They cleaned our bed everyday and provided water bottles. There is a bus stop nearby which made our trip easier. Would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed staying there. Location is wonderful. Staff was soft spoken and helped me a lot. They were flexible and accommodating instant requests. Room was nice, had bathtub. Value for money. Booking this hotel, online is cost effective. Preference can be given while check in.

Nice Room & Very clean facilities, helpful staff, free WiFi in room. However the WiFi service is terrible. Keeps on disconnecting. Far away from nearest mrt & bus stop. Situated in a safe and residential neighbourhood

Family holiday 2 rooms taken. Nice staff. Good location and several resturants around. Lift needs a bit of servicing. Breakfast many could be better

The location of the hotel is good. It would cost about $15 $20 for a cab from airport. There are plenty of restaurants around and the city centre is not far. Room was clean and well maintained. The receptionist provided us an early check-in when we arrived an hour before. Overall great experience, will book this hotel again in future. I have been using makemytrip for a very long time now. Always been a great experience and will be my preferred website for any bookings and travel plans.

Hotel with a nice location - between airport and city center - what makes the access to both locations convenient. The room was okay as for the fair price as well as the bathroom included. Good hotel to go to stay for few days in Singapore city, can recommend.

I stayed here for 8 nights. Room is just basic. No safety locker. Bit rude reception people when you say something is missing from your room. Only advantage is you get good food nearby. Will never go again. Lot better hotels are just nearby for almost same tariff.

Location of the hotel is OK. Nearest MRT station is about 1. 5KM +. You can find non - veg indian taste food at 500m from the hotel. Many bars pubs karoke clubs near around. Rooms were very small as compared to other hotel 81 hotel chain in Singapore.

It is easy to find but hotel has no facilities except bed to sleep for those who wants just sleep and vacate will be fine rooms are too small there is only little place to move around but clean and tidy rooms
