Very decent room, good location, clean towels. Good service. Perfect for a family. Mrt, bus stops are very nearby, walkable distance.

Hotel located in center place we can easily access the mrt, buses and hotels and malls also located near the hotel.

I have a great stay in singapore. I enjoyed the food and the place. We booked the hotel at hotel grand pacific where we stayed for 4 days and i can say that it is a great location for the tourist spending holidays vacation with family because it is near in mart station, bus station, malls and restaurants. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Singapore is one of the best place we’ve been visit for me.

Room - big enough. Actually bigger than avg rooms in sg. Location - 5 mins walk to bugis (shopping) and 1 mins walk to the nearest bus stop. All the attractions are nearby from here like mbs, gbtb etc.

Stayed for 3 nights. The staff are helpful and curtious. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of options. Room was spacious and clean with spacious bathroom. Hot water and clean sheets. Loved the stay

Overall stay at the hotel was pleasant. 1) the rooms have a gloomy vintage look, however they are well maintained and clean. Housekeeping staff ensured to clean everyday and left bottles of water, new soaps/handwash/shampoo/towels and made the bed. 2) complimentary breakfast was average. Coming from an indian background there was only 1 indian dish served daily. (either medu wadas, idli or paratha) the eggs were bland, bacon was salty & hashbrowns were too oily and not crisp. However the fresh fruits, salad and croissants made up for it. 3) velu, goutham and eshwary were extremely hpful at all times. Vela was always behind the counter and eager to help. My mum had a fall in singapore due to which she twisted her ankle and vela was happy to lend us the hotel wheel chair (for a day) to tour singapore. Overall stay in hotel grand pacific was great due to excellent help received from the folks behind the counter who were offering assistance 24/7. Despite the breakfast being average, the hospitality of those working at the hotel made up for it.

Excellent location. Very close to mart and bus stops. Very nice area. The rooms were cleaned everyday. It was the same breakfast every single day and no options for vegetarian except for bread, hash brown and baked beans.

Allowed early check in at 9:00 am without charging any extra amount, only disappointment was lack of veg food.

Grand pacific is situated in a prime location- victoria street which is close to main points such as bugis metro station, street, arab street, sim limo mall, raffles street, clarks quay and even orchard rd. Hotel is clean and tidy with staff being very courteous and jovial. Reception, room and service everything was perfect. Breakfast has wide choices and tasty. I would prefer to stay in grand pacific again. Thank you guys.

If you are travelling to Singapore for the first time. I will suggest you to opt for this Hotel as the staff is very friendly and they will provide you with handy information about the place and make your stay worthwhile. Nice rooms with spacious washrooms. The location is too good just 2 mins walking from the MRT station and thus makes life easy in Singapore. Also very close to the downtown Bay area. Had an amazing stay with parents.
