Action need to be taken

The stay was really pleasant and overall experience was really good but unfortunately only one demerit was with the manager, she was not at all friendly and extremely rude she didn't want to listen what the customer wants to say and keeps on telling harsh words although other staff was really good and friendly too. Should take some real action against the lady manager to sustain its name.

If you don't want to spend on your stay and rather spend on other activities instead, this place is value for money, kind and welcoming people at the reception, well maintained hostel and best option especially if you're a bachelor or traveling with group of friends.
Great helping staff

Real great helping staff and well maintained bed. Clean toilet and lots of space for rest and breakfast, can make coffee or tea as any time. Guest have a separate fridge for keeping their foods and drinks.
