My stay at the taj cape town was nothing short of amazing. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. Location : the hotel’s central location is perfect for sightseeing. It’s within walking distance of the company’s garden, the houses of parliament, and several museums. Plus, the views of table mountain from the hotel are breathtaking. Rooms : my room was spacious and elegantly decorated, combining modern amenities with classic charm. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was kept immaculate by housekeeping. The bathroom was luxurious, with high-quality toiletries and a rain shower that was incredibly refreshing. Dining : the dining options at the taj are fantastic. I particularly enjoyed dining at bombay brasserie, where the food was exquisite and the ambiance delightful. The breakfast buffet at mint restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. Amenities : the hotel’s amenities are top-notch. I made good use of the fitness center, which was well-equipped and clean. The spa services were a highlight, providing a relaxing escape after a day of exploring the city. The concierge service was very helpful, offering great recommendations and assisting with reservations. Service : what truly sets the taj cape town apart is the level of service. Every staff member i encountered was professional, courteous, and eager to help. They made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. Overall, the taj cape town provides a luxurious and memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-end stay in cape town. I look forward to returning on my next visit to the city.

Fabulous stay and excellent service just like the taj anywhere in the world. The rooms are huge and very clean and breakfast is very nice. Dale from concierge is fantastic! he is so helpful and will give you all the information for your trip ! overall taj cape town is a great experience. They have a great bar and restaurant has excellent food. They also have a 24 hour heated indoor swimming pool which is great!

It was a wonderful stay, the taj cape town staff was very warm and courteous and made us feel home in far away land and their food was super tasty and indian spread was none to other thanks to our wonderful chefs who made sure to fill us with yummy food each day ! would love to visit n again

Hotel ambience is good, staff is very co-operative and food selection also good. One small suggestion, teaste of the vegetarian food should similar to indian teste. Regards. Yogesh dahiya
