Superb location! Best was the shuttle service to and from Mandela square every 30 mins made us feel safe and convenient. Great breakfast spread and food. Excellent room with a city view.

Really liked the room and staff took good care. Breakfast was well spread too! Location of the hotel was convenient. They had a good Japanese restaurant where I had teppanyaki. Highly recommend to folks who are concerned of safety in this city.

A safe place in most dangerous place of the world. I felt secure in hotel premises. Good services, interior and a refreshing smell. The internet is very good. Shuttle services provided to Mandela square is an excellent for the travelers where you get lot of restaurants.

Bad service and rude staff. The only good thing is breakfast. The hotel seems to be from the last century. The elevator wasn't working. The AC wasn't working. After making 10 calls someone came to fix the AC.
