    Everything was just perfect. Front desk staff and customer relations staff were very welcoming and courteous. Staff on 30th floor restaurant can be more customer centric but overall the stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

    Good five star facilities. However, had to wait as I was earlier than there check in time and had to wait in the lobby. Looked they could have given the room but for trying to extract early check in charges.
