    Great value for money... Lovely location... Fabulous hospitality... Centre location. Nearby to bus.. Train station Diagonal... Provenca... Nice clean hotel... Every day change over of bed/linen. Check in was hassle free. Free upgrade... Loved our stay.

    The hotel is reasonably located. Some of the excursions are walking distance and the metro and the bus stops are close. The room is ok. I was informed during check-in that my breakfast was included (the booking voucher was silent on this) so I reconfirmed in the morning of the first day but on the 3rd morning when I was leaving (in a hurry to catch a train), I was forced to pay for the breakfast for all 3 days - this is unfair and unprofessional.
